As a second-generation Chinese Canadian in Toronto, I understand how cultural identity shapes our mental health. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space in both English and Cantonese to help you navigate challenges, build coping skills, and foster resilience.

I work with individuals and couples, including those navigating ADHD, Autism, and neurodiversity, using an integrative approach that combines talk therapy with cognitive-behavioural strategies. Together, we’ll address both the practical and emotional aspects of living with neurodivergence.
